And one for the Superior Ink is not 15 CPW column: the contract appears to have fallen through for a sponsor unit with an ask of $11.1 million at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed sensation in the far West Village. But the loss of one contract doesn't seem to have dampened the sales team's confidence in Superior Ink's, um, superiority. Instead of curling up in its pajamas and eating ice cream straight from the carton, the jilted apartment, #8C, is fighting back with a 17 percent PriceUpper, for a new ask of $12.95 million. Maybe it's trying to compete with the flippers?
