Swedish lingerie manufacturer Eric Ryd is already a lucky guy. After all, he's a Swedish lingerie manufacturer. Now Page Six reports he's bought a 13-room duplex at 515 Park Avenue for $24 million even though he's based in Hong Kong full time. The seller is developer Louis Cappelli (the "Donald Trump of Westchester"), who had the condo listed for $29.5 million but bought it out of foreclosure in 2002 for $15 million. Above, we're looking at the fancy-shmancy Park Ave. pied-a-terre's bottom floor, with a kitchen the size of some studio apartments and a hidden glorified broom closet for the servants to do their naughty business. We don't want the guests finding out the help has normal bodily functions! The master suite on the top floor has plenty of space (including two walk-in closets and a dressing room) for when Ryd takes his work home with him.
