In the interest of fair-and-balanced journalism, we bring word of good news coming out of One Madison Park, the 60-story trouble magnet of 23rd Street. Jennifer Gould Keil reports that a technology entrepreneur just closed on a $10 million unit on the 42nd floor, shelling out an astounding $3,021/sqft. According to the building's broker (not the one that's suing), the developer is considering offers on 15 other units with a combined value around $40 million. [NYP]
