1) MyApartmentMap.com Deals: Our friends at Google Maps mashup Myapartmentmap.com let us know about a new feature: a page that tracks rental deals and incentives for New York and other cities. The site gets its data by trawling apartment classifieds (better them than us!) for incentives like free rent or gift cards.
2) NabeWise: The goal of new websiteNabeWise seems to be to guide you to your perfect neighborhood. There are neighborhood capsule reviews, plus rankings using the standard criteria -- price, dining, nightlife, safety, singles. Then there are a few curveballs, like rankings according to number of hipsters or beautiful people, however much that affects your apartment choices. (For the record, the nabe with the most beautiful people is apparently Soho.)
