Astoria is the latest neighborhood to attempt to lower the limbo stick on new development, with a 240-block rezoning proposal that would severely limit building heights. The plan, which just entered the public review process (press release), would limit height to four stories on most blocks and seven stories on higher-traffic strips. Wait, no more of these? [NYP]
