This week's top dish from Eater, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...
1) Brooklyn/Queens: Cult barbecue place Dinosaur Bar-B-Que has expansion on its mind. Specifically, they're looking for 6,000-10,000-square-foot "buildings with character" in Brooklyn and Queens, as well as Long Island, North Jersey, and Connecticut.
2) Gramercy: Also from the expansion annals, the Michael Huynh empire is still growing, with a new lease signed at 239 Third Avenue, next to Baoguette.
3) MePa: The latest Boom Boom Room brouhaha at the Standard is over tips. Bartenders get a small portion of them, while servers make up to $600 per night. The bartenders, shockingly, want the balance to shift.
