It's either a cheeky way of taking credit or a hilarious prank, but a group called Arts Corporation is claiming responsibility for the multicolored light show inside SHoP Architects' seemingly stalled 290 Mulberry building. NYC The Blog noticed a placard "haphazardly affixed with double sided tape" that refers to the installation as Your Lights Are On But You're Not Home, 2009. The sign says the light show is "courtesy of Cardinal Investments," the troubled developer of the building. [NYC The Blog]
