FiDi's 100 Church Street isn't quite "the office building nobody wants," but nobody seems to want it for very much. Following its foreclosure, SL Green and Gramercy Capital picked up the renovated but ever bulky box at auction this morning for a whopping $10,000. At last check, the building was supposedly 60 percent empty. Though SL Green/Gramercy might prefer to say 40 percent full. [Real Deal; previously]
