The local community board wants nothing to do with it, but Brooklyn borough prez Marty Markowitz has given South Williamsburg's Rose Plaza project one-and-half thumbs up. Markowitz recommended only that the project add more affordable units and make the apartments bigger to better accommodate families -- pretty much the same things CB 1 complained about.
