After more than 10 chops since March 2008, the UFO of 240 Centre Street (aka apartment #6N) has finally landed in the PriceChopper Hall of Fame. The latest asking price for the three-room pad is $2.85 million, a full 59 percent below the original ask of $7 million. It shouldn't feel too bad: the apartment's Charles Gwathmey-designed neighbor hasn't been doing much better. How low can they go?
