Park Slope School Daze

Brooklyn's Fourth Avenue condo boom has overcrowded the amenity that draws most people to Fourth Avenue condos: Park Slope's P.S. 321. (What, you thought it was the architecture?) The elementary school is now at 117% capacity, and parents and property owners are worried that demand will lead to a rezoning of school boundaries. The median sales price per square foot in the P.S. 321 zone is $6 to $19 higher than properties zoned for other Park Slope schools. [WSJ]
