Fulton Street Transit Center Rising; Broker Switch at Centurion

New, 6 comments

FINANCIAL DISTRICT?It's no oculus, but there are signs of life down at the delayed and over-budget Fulton Street Transit Center. A special Curbed correspondent sends in the above photo and adds, "Amazing that you can actually see progress now!" So true. Also amazing: One day we'll all able to walk from Broadway, through the World Trade Center, all the way to the Winter Garden in the World Financial Center?entirely underground. Not that we'd ever have a reason to, mind you. [CurbedWire Inbox]

MIDTOWN?Broker battle! One day after the announcement that Elliman's Bracha Group replaced Prodigy International at Cassa, now Prodigy has replaced Bracha at the Centurion. Which means the Bracha folks gave all those Open House New York tours then got booted less than a week later. Ouch! The Centurion is all about the foreign buyers so the switch to Prodigy makes sense.
