Though the economy hasn't quite rushed to embrace nationwide megadeveloper Toll Brothers' recent residential projects in the city?303 East 33rd Street in Kips Bay and Williamsburg's Northside Piers?the builders have come back for more. Already planning new condos in Dumbo, the company has now picked up a site at 132 East 65th Street (right) on the Upper East Side, where it will enliven locals' commutes to the F train by putting up a 15-story condo building, the Journal reports. (Guess the UES is more desirable than the Gowanus Canal?) Toll Brothers plans about 25 apartments, and no word yet on pricing or completion date. Perhaps it can lure a few more folks away from Robert A.M. Stern?
