Casino magnate Steve Wynn may have just signed over his apartment at 817 Fifth Avenue to his ex-wife. The apartment, which listed at $25 million, was taken off the market just three weeks before their divorce was settled. According to the Observer, "It is unclear whether the 3,500-square-foot, 14-room abode was part of the settlement, but according to City Records, the former couple swapped control for $17.155 million on October 6." No word on whether that deal includes the furniture that is reportedly worth $4 million . Earlier this year Wynn bought the penthouse at the Plaza for $23 Million, so we doubt he'll be slumming it for too long after he moves out. Oh, and the 817 Fifth Avenue pad probably has water damage anway.
