FAR WEST SIDE?You know what we love almost as much as rooftop reveals? Rooftop construction action shows! A tipster writes in from Haddon Hall: "433 West 34th Street is currently building one of the best roofdecks on the Middle Westside - views in all directions, from the Chrysler Building, Empire State to the Hudson River, N, S, E and W!" We'll have to consult the Middle Westside authorities on that claim. [CurbedWire Inbox]

MURRAY HILL?Struggling SHoP-designed condo conversion m127 auctioned off its units a few months back, but it wasn't clear if the developer would accept the $1.9 million bid on the Madison Avenue building's penthouse. Broker-blogger Malcolm Carter later reported that Cardinal Investments had accepted an offer on the penthouse, and guessed it would come in around $2.175 million. Good guess! Auctioneers Paramount Realty USA just announced that the three-bedroom duplex penthouse closed for $2.175 million, or $965 per square foot. The penthouse was once asking $3.4 million. FINANCIAL DISTRICT?According to a Curbed tipster, developer TF Cornerstone has notified all of their current lessees at 99 John Street that their leases will not be renewed because the units will be brought to market for sale. The building has been undergoing a gradual condo conversion, and there are still several units available. A show of confidence in the FiDi market? [CurbedWire Inbox]
