Denizens of TriBeCa get ready. Kim and Courtney Kardashian will be spending some time at the Smyth Hotel on West Broadway.The Post reports that the sisters are going to be living in New York for three months while they film a spinoff of their E! show "Keeping up With The Kardashians". Along with having the dubious honor of having these ladies as their neighbors, downtown should also keep a lookout for a new location of their boutique "Dash" (They were checking out spots on 14th street in August).
