At the West Village's Superior Ink, flipping is even easier than putting away a bicycle. At least judging by how many Superior Ink residents have already tried to do it. There's Houston Rockets owner Leslie Alexander's $33.5 million penthouse, plus the smaller attempted flips at #3E and #12A. Joining the party now is #5B, which sold for $8,782,406 in December and is back on the market for $12 million. There are no photos of the Elias + Elias Architects renovation, so we don't know if the new 2BR-plus-screening-area configuration is worth the extra almost $4 million, but hey, if the owner wants to have us over for a movie...
