Fashion-world celeb and brewery heiress Daphne Guinness moved into a $15 million apartment in Fifth Avenue's Stanhope in 2008, and two years later, the downstairs neighbors have had enough. They're suing Guinness because she keeps flooding their apartment while using her bathtub. We love a good high-end leak lawsuit, especially one that's asking for more than $1 million to take care of repairs and "mental anguish." According to the lawsuit, contractors caused one flood, but the others were a result of Guinness forgetting to turn off the tub. The neighbors, Karim and Tina Samil, would like to stop Guinness from taking any more baths until she figures out how not to flood their apartment. This is a situation where some free beer might help to smooth things over. If not?well, this kills any lingering doubt we had that the building is a fit for reality TV.
