The penthouse at Chelsea's 213 West 23rd Street was totally over the whole listing photos thing by the time it made its last broker switch. Understandable, given that the apartment's price has bounced from $15 million to $12 million to $8.955 million to $10 million, with a few different brokers, over the last year. But the camera-shy period appears to have passed, since the latest listing, still asking $10 million, now has photos. Will the retakes, above, sell the place where the previous set failed?
