As if the situation at Brooklyn Heights' 100 Clark Street wasn't weird enough, there's a new twist. Two years after the Department of Buildings tore down two-and-a-half floors of the falling-down building, Brooklyn Heights Blog reports that the remaining half of the building has sold?for $1.25 million.
