The Simon Family has taken a page out of the Palazzo Chupi playbook, adding a touch of personal branding etched in stone to their new creation at 602 Manhattan Avenue in Greenpoint. Only, this ain't no Palazzo Chupi.
It's an eight-unit building (including four duplex units on the top two floors) that has renewed blogger Miss Heather's passion for spotting ugly architecture, though Greenpoint has surely seen worse. Records show that it's designed by Philip Toscano, who is amassing quite the North Brooklyn portfolio of late.
