Union workers are none too happy about the non-union construction going on at new building 500 West 23rd Street, and know who else is unhappy? The neighbors. Because the union protesters who stand outside for six hours a day beginning at 7 a.m. are just so darn loud and boorish. "It's demoralizing," said one neighbor.
