At times it seems like our life's work has been chronicling the construction of Williamsburg's twin-towered Edge complex, and now that closings have kicked off in the south building, we're feeling a little lost. But the Edge still has tales to tell! First things first: Public records show about 30 closings so far (for a low of $395,460 and a high of $1.14 million), and two are already back as rentals?a 700-square-foot 1BR/1BA asking $3,200 per month, and an alcove studio going for $2,000.
