CHELSEA?A tipster alerts us to an interesting building sale at 328 West 23rd Street. According to the old listing, it's a vacant five-story walk-up building in need of a gut renovation. The ask was $4.95 million, and it (along with air rights) sold for $3.96 million. It sold to a couple, so we're thinking this is on the way to becoming a big single-family Chelsea townhouse.
