After 176 years at the South Street Seaport, the Seamen's Church Institute is packing up its Bibles and putting its building at 241 Water Street on the market, Jotham Sederstrom reports. The possibilities for the building are endless, but the broker envisions "a hedge fund manager who wanted to live and work in the space and park a yacht at the nearby seaport."
