High Line Penthouse is a Glass Cage of Emotion!!!

"Just wanted to forward the most ridiculous listing ever," a tipster writes. Oh really?! Actually, we don't disagree. The listing in question is apartment #2507 in The Caledonia, which is asking $5.125 million, or a whopping $2,718/square foot. "The Caledonia is a nice building, but not $2700/ft nice," says our tipster, and indeed, the building's 190 previous recorded sales have averaged only $1,454/square foot. And that's before we even get started on the "dramatically re-imagined interior design," with nine-foot windows and lacquered walls, that adds up to a sort of personal Boom Boom Room. Take a look in the gallery above. If we're imagining the future buyer of this apartment correctly, Caledonia residents may want to direct future noise complaints upstairs.
