Curbed commenters were skeptical that the townhouse at 3 East 10th Street, measured by an "independent floorplan artist" would actually sell at its upcoming auction. But the Journal now has details on the family feud behind the auction, and we're thinking these guys don't want to hang onto this property any longer than they have to. A court order gave one of the brothers whose family owns the property control?after the other brother stopped a broker from showing the building, told tenants to stop negotiating buyouts, and tore down the for-sale sign.
