Despite the threat of foreclosure and a whole lot of unoccupied square footage, developer Joseph Moinian wants to stay in the game at 3 Columbus Circle, which is just finishing up its controversial $100 million makeover. But while Moinian is trying for a deal with developer/landlord SL Green to get money to cover his debts, Related is trying to get Moinian on board with its own 3 Columbus plan?tearing the building down and building luxury condos in its place. The Post's Lois Weiss has some intel on just what Related is proposing: 135 units priced at over $2,000/square foot. Which should make the prices at the rumored Nordstrom downstairs look nice.
