And now, the results of this week's PriceSpotter asking price guessing game...
Location: 359 West 11th Street #1B
Asking: $2.1 million
Most suggested asking prices were in the high $2 millions, which perhaps gives the $2.8M-asking, Feng Shui-focused sellers a little peace of mind. For a few Pspots, not so much. Said one, "The rustic kitchen cabinetry clashes with the asian-inspired doors; the tiled bedroom accent wall is just bizarre; the amateurish layout of the garden level cheapens the high quality built-ins....This is so wrong: it's the opposite of feng-shui." Let's all realign our chairs, take a few deep breaths, and come back next week, 'kay?
