A quarter of the units at 15 Union Square West may have found buyers, but the rest aren't flying off the market so fast. The PriceChopper just paid the building its first visit?since the relaunched sales effort, that is. Prices were already down by about $400/square foot from the building's previous turn on the market, and now five of the nine available units have been freshly chopped. The biggest cut, 17 percent, hit #3D, a 2BR, 2.5BA that's now $3.7 million instead of $4.45 million. The rest of the cuts range from 7 to 11 percent. But, as the building's architect might put it, just because it's cheaper doesn't mean it can't still look good.
