As the medical industry becomes one huge conglomerate, the days of private medical practices tucked into residential buildings are coming to an end. Only none of that exists yet, so the listing has renderings of the imaginary apartment. Do the ultra-wealthy lack vision?
If 927 Fifth Avenue sounds familiar, it's probably because the 1917 building, which has only 12 apartments (right now, anyway!) on its 12 floors, ruffled some feathers when it tried to evict beloved hawks Pale Male and Lola a few years back, before bowing to public pressure.
