A Brick Undergrounder filed a detailed report from this weekend's Stuy Town Woodstock, in which tenants were briefed on all sorts of issues facing the foreclosed megacomplex. If Stuyvesant Town goes condo or co-op, residents probably won't be able to buy their apartments before the end of 2011. Also, formerly market-rate renters (now rent-stabilized following the lawsuit that was the nail in Tishman Speyer's Stuy Town coffin) can expect overcharge refunds next summer, maybe.
