A couple of Brownstoner spies overheard the news that Jean Nouvel's glass carousel house, where Jane's Carousel will go, has broken ground. The controversial whirligig was restored and donated by Jane Walentas, wife of Dumbo kingpin David Walentas, and will prance through Empire Ferry State Park over the strenuous objections of some Dumbo residents.
