Norman Foster's unopened Harmon Hotel in Las Vegas was already cut down from 47 to 27 stories, but now MGM Resorts officials want to demolish the whole thing. The hotel, part of the $8.5 billion CityCenter developmet, has been plagued by construction errors and the collapse of the world economy.
