'Burg's Funkiest Facade Not Quite 'Burg's Priciest Sale

New, 3 comments

Dana Bushman only stopped renovating her house at 74A Conselyea Street in Williamsburg when she put it on the market for $1.695 million in August. Apparently the renovations she did were quite enough to persuade a buyer, because Franco Celada and his Revocable Trust just plunked down $1.575 million for the house in a deal that hit public record today. It missed out on the top spot in the year's Williamsburg townhouse sales list thanks to another recent transaction, for a three-family home on Bedford Avenue. Bet that house doesn't have a wind-resistant facade.
