It's been a long time since we've heard anything outta 100 Luquer Street, the Karl Fischer finger building not quite beloved by its Carroll Gardens neighbors. They are ever on the alert for signs of life out of the BQE-bordering project, and blog Pardon Me for Asking noticed a few yesterday. The building, which snuck in under the Carroll Gardens rezoning wire, has fresh permits, issued earlier this month, and there are workers back on the site. PMFA notes that there have been 54 complaints filed and the building still has 7 open environmental violations. But for now, it appears 100 Luquer is giving them the finger.
