The buyer's of Tina Fey's West End Avenue office/studio didn't know who she was, one possible reason why Fey resold that place for only the price she paid in 2006. Open house attendees at 500 West End Avenue apparently watch 30 Rock, though, because Fey had better luck there. She and her husband have just sold their second-floor classic six for $2.15 million, the Observer reports. They paid $1.9 million in 2004 and were originally asking $2.295 million this time around. The new owners are lawyer Jack E. Pace III and his wife, Colleen Ann Tully.
