Part of the old New York Times building on West 43rd Street has been converted into a massive neighborhoods-themed bowling alley/nightclub, and the paper's Dan Barry takes a nostalgia-drenched tour of the lanes: "Here, for example, was a lounge evoking the louche, triple-X Times Square of the 1970s without any used-syringe props. A retro sign saying 'Pussycat' hung over the six lanes, right about where editors of the foreign desk once discussed war coverage." Do check out the photo gallery. Watch out, Brooklyn Bowl!
