Renovated West Village Townhouse Quickly Gets a Buyer

New, 7 comments

Down in the West Village, the elves at 38 Grove Street are getting company. The townhouse, which got a massive, history-oriented makeover after a buyer picked it up for $6.9 million in 2007, is in contract, according to broker Leonard Steinberg's Luxuryloft newsletter. The sale price was apparently close to the $15.9 million ask. Added to the recent sale of 60 Jane Street, it's West Village townhouse season! (And maybe the best time to get picky.) We swiped a few interior photos of 38 Grove to compare to the renderings.
