The Observer just began a new feature where notable Real Estate figures are asked 11 questions about themselves and the city. The first person to be interviewed is Elaine Roskin, a senior VP at Brown Harris Stevens. We wish her answers were a little more fleshed out (such as responding to "What is your favorite building in the city and why?" with "I have a favorite building in every neighborhood") but it's a new feature so we'll give it a pass!
