So it turns out the buyer of that $31.5 Million Superior Ink Penthouse is Mark Shuttleworth, who was the world's second-ever space tourist. Shuttleworth is an entrepreneur who holds British and South African citizenship, and also already owns a unit in the building. Given that the apartment is unfinished and his love for the great unknown, we are going to keep our fingers crossed for a NASA themed interior. OK, that probably won't happen but at least he can use all that terrace space for some telescopes so he can stargaze in hopes of his epic return to space. Compared to how much he paid for the penthouse, the $20 Million he spent to go into space sounds like a downright bargain!
