Who knew that while Williamsburg's Edge was having us over for beers and chicken satay, the real party was going on upstairs? A penthouse at 22 North 6th Street, the complex's taller south tower, has sold for $2,240,150, according to city records. That makes it the neighborhood's most expensive condo sale of the year by a wide margin?the second place sale, a penthouse at waterfront rival Northside Piers, clocked in at $1,527,375, according to StreetEasy. There was never an online listing for #PH1-C, but it's a 2,000-square-foot 3BR/3BA with a private 640sqft terrace. Read on for the floorplan.
