Looks like the West Side Tennis Club members who voted to hold out for a better offer than developer Cord Meyer's proposal to turn the club into luxury condos were on the right track. Between seven and 10 potential stadium buyers have already expressed interest to the club in either preserving or redeveloping the space. The club is still deciding which of those buyers is qualified to submit a full proposal, but hey, maybe they can afford to be choosy. [Patch; previously]
