After a bit of financial turmoil and a deal with a developer, it looks like the Chelsea Art Museum will be vacating it's building at 22nd Street and Eleventh Avenue at the end of 2011. The three-story building at 556 West 22nd Street has been bought by the Albanese Development Corp., which plans to tear the building down to build luxury condos?oh, sorry, force of habit. The company will actually lease the building out as gallery space. [WSJ]
