Boardwalk Blues

Mayor of Coney Island Dick Zigun has drafted a peace treaty between the eight booted boardwalk businesses and the city. His plan: Let the controversially evicted restaurants and bars take over four cheap furniture stores one block over on Surf Avenue, which are apparently there in violation of local zoning. The boardwalk businesses still want to pursue their legal challenge of the lease terminations. Plus, is it really Ruby's if you can't turn around and puke on the sand? [NYP]
