The Return of 2 Bedrooms

The Times just wrote a piece on how the old stalwart of Manhattan real estate, the two bedroom apartment, is making a comeback in sales figures. Before the market took a turn for the worse, they accounted for almost 40% of sales but fell as low as 25% when people realized they could afford larger apartments. Not to worry, as they've made their big comeback reaching almost 39%. [NYT]
