This 2800 square foot plus 400 sq ft balcony 2.5 bedroom 3 bathroom unit in Greenwood Heights is on the market for $2,100,000. That works out to about $750 per sq/ft, which sounds a little nutty to us given the location. It's a pretty interesting looking place for sure (give or take the lighting). We think that a visit from the pricechopper should attract some buyers. What say you?
