The Daily News has reported that some "bloodthirsty" dogs are responsible for the deaths of several squirrels in Washington Square Park. A "witness" describes the scene as "They were being little squirrels, just scampering about and minding their own little squirrel business. Then the four-legged terror approached and the woman did absolutely nothing. The dog was biting them, killing them." Sounds brutal! Again folks, leash laws! [NYDN]
