How Much for a Rare One-Bedroom on Central Park West?

New, 24 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed's asking price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you take a crack at the price in the comments. Tomorrow we reveal the answer. And hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 1BR, 1BA co-op on Central Park West between 64th and 65th streets
Square Feet: 685
Maintenance/CC: $1,508
The Skinny: Most of the apartments that share a building with this week's PriceSpotter candidate are three- and four-bedrooms, and the building's 1BRs rarely come on the market, giving this one a bit of novelty value. That might be outweighed by the fact that the exterior, following a 1919 renovation, doesn't get rave reviews from all critics. But hey, the buyer wouldn't have to look at it, right? Just at the French country-style fixtures inside the apartment. So how much?
