For those for whom peeking at condo declarations on ACRIS is not enough, Habitat explains the newest option: a company called TitleVest that is putting entire offering plans online in a slowly-growing database. TitleVest is making the documents searchable, and for now the database is free. But a few naysayers point out that the plans could be hacked or unintentionally altered.
